This is a free, 3-hour online training that introduces organisations, frontline practitioners, and volunteers to core theory and skills required to provide safe psychosocial support services for communities affected by severe forms of adversity such as war, forced displacement, natural disasters and climate emergencies. Participants will reflect on the impact of stress and trauma on the wellbeing of the affected communities and will be introduced to tools that promote grounding and healing in emergencies. Live interpretation in Arabic, Armenian or other languages is available upon request.
